This little 92-page paperback of tips makes a superb introduction to my first book, Bounce-back Ability: Developing Resilience on the Rollercoaster of Life.

I call it, developing Bounce-back Ability. By becoming more resilient, we can all learn to adapt to cope with the twists and turns on life’s rollercoaster. My clients have all benefited from the tips and advice about resilience that I’ve shared over the years and now you can too. You may not always see it, but you really are stronger than you realise. Discover How Your Lifestyle Could Be Killing You-CoverDiscover How Your Lifestyle Could Be Killing You

This FREE 32-page booklet is a concise overview of my B.O.U.N.C.E. Model of Resilience TM

Overview: My simple, but effective, B.O.U.N.C.E. Model of Resilience provides a method of understanding and developing your resilience. Developing your resilience is the key to having balance in your life, increased energy and vitality and the inner strength that means you know you can cope with whatever life may throw at you.

For example, the reason you get ill on holiday is directly related to your body’s stress response. Your immune system has been damped down because of firing off your stress response so often and this means that your body does not have enough energy in your immune system to properly defend you. You are then vulnerable to viruses when you are in enclosed spaces full of other people, such as on a plane or in a busy airport. Your immune system just cannot get up enough of its soldiers to fight off the attack from the invading viruses. Hence you get a cold or a bug on holiday. Download the book to find out more…
